February 4, 200818 yr Author I'll go ahead and be the first to throw out the 1989 SF 49ers. Think about this for a minute: Montana in his prime. Haley in his prime. Craig in his prime. Rice in his prime. Lott in his prime. Hell, even their COACHES were studs [seifert and Holmgren??]. Two receivers with over 1000 yards. Their rb with over 1000 yards. Arguably the greatest comeback QB to ever play the game behind center. They were an awesome team to behold.
