Just to compile all the player stats, and see all that was accomplished. Although beating the Mutts was great, I'm still disappointed. For the passed couple of weeks, I had this hope that this game would have meant a lot more to the team. Orlando Rays Posted September 29, 2008 Share Posted September 29, 2008 I say this season was a huge success for the Marlins. Nobody expected them to be anything but bottom-feeders. But they had a winning record (second-best record in team history), contended well into the season, and spoiled the Mets again.
