October 10, 200817 yr The 2008 Ford Ironman World Championship will take place in Kona, Hawaii tomorrow. As many of you probably know, Jeff Conine will be participating in this grueling event. I ran a marathon in 2006 in San Diego and I can't even begin to understand starting to run a marathon (26.2 miles) after swimming 2.4 miles and biking 112 miles. Just qualifying for this event is a great accomplishment. You can track Jeff's progress here. Best of luck tomorrow Jeff!
