November 22, 200322 yr Caron's a big part of the Heat offense and with him only averaging 4 pts a game doesn't exactly help us win. But it's not exactly Caron's fault or anything. The guy didn't practice for a month, added a little bit of weight, practiced one day and went back out there. Stan Van Gundy was right when he said that they maybe brought him back too early because he definitely wasn't ready after one practice especially physically. He looks absolutely tired and flat-footed. And now he's getting critized for not helping out or whatever. I hope he turns back to his old self soon before the Heat get :killthemall
November 22, 200322 yr His game relies on pnetration and he hasn't been doing that lately.he never had a shot.In my opinion since they were both drafted is that Rasual Butler can become a more explosive offensive player and hopefully the Heat can develop Rasual.

I think Caron does have a shot, especially from the baseline but he needs to work on it especially his perimeter shooting. But you're right, his game does rely on penetrating. I still see Caron as the more explosive player, Rasual is more of a smooth player with a good J (if he makes it). Plus Rasual right now is still on IL. I see Caron as more as an inside player anyway, he might shoot a jumper here and there but he's a good hustler inside and finishes strong, plus he's a good FT shooter.
