Marlins are at 111,598,000 with Stanton at the bottom -- Fish need to pay the man. I'm sure a big chunk of that # includes Zambrano's salery which Miami doesn't pay.

 

I never thought about the Zambrano thing. Here is the complete breakdown. http://content.usatoday.com/sportsdata/baseball/mlb/Marlins/salaries/2012 next year the salary should be a little bit lower, even with the extension to Stanton.

I had to add that up. I couldn't believe we would be spending that much. UNREAL that we basically doubled our payroll. :o I'm certain it has been discussed, but it wasn't on my radar. Or didn't sink in. :swoon
