He's 9th on avg exit velo leaderboard. Without looking it up, guess who is 1st. Stanton is second.

I know Gary Sanchez is up there but far less balls in play.

It's the same with the guy leading. Bour being 9th also has a bit to do with less BIP.

Great game so far, Hech.

Amazing how this guy keeps getting trouted out there.  I would have to imagine Rojas is still banged up or else it doesn't make much sense for him to keep starting so much. His defense is now becoming sub par lately as well too.

Mike Trout?

Even though he has struggled lately he is still the 6th best SS in baseball by DRS with a +11. But I'd gladly take a more average fielder over a guy who can barely hit .230

6th best doesn't cut it when he's bottom 2 on offense

Also yeah that was Nic's first relief job. 2 IP, 0 H, 2 K. As I posted, dude has great finesse stuff to succeed as an innings eater.

Totally not looking this up so just going to blindly guess. I remember some old guys being up there (beltre, Beltran?) but your hint was small sample size. Hmmmm

If you give up tell me. I couldn't believe it really when I saw either though I knew the guy had a great month or so.

David Dahl even though I know that's wrong?

He's actually the worst offensive SS in baseball by WAR. I won't tell you the number so I can spare you from getting sick to your stomach

I give up  :rain

Hint: he's holding court over the leaderboard right now (despite less batted balls than Stanton)

Probably Carlos Gonzalez? That dude always hits rockets

He isnt even top 50.

But Scruggs is! Barely.
