January 9, 200422 yr Yep, stupidity is king. Its the end of the world as we know it. link The Sagers contend Wal-Mart was at fault for her injuries. The store, they claim, failed to properly instruct and train its employees to correctly bag products, negligently provided a defective bag, recklessly overpacked the bag by placing in it too many heavy items, failed to double- or triple-bag the purchases, and placed Brenda Sager in a "position of peril." She is seeking damages in excess of $30,000. Her husband also is seeking that amount in damages, claiming that as a result of his wife's injuries he has been deprived of her attention and comfort and suffered a loss of consortium. In their lawsuit, the Sagers said Wal-Mart should have made sure their bag didn't break. :banghead
January 10, 200422 yr There's no way they win this case but I wish they would because I wal-mart so much. It's a dump hole full of crap. The lines at the checkouts are usually miles long at every one I've been to. Also they will sell you a shotgun to kill someone with but they won't sell you a parental advisory cd. Those are only a few complaints I have with the store and thats why I will never go in one again.
