February 7, 200422 yr Highlight of the week. 30 footer to win the game at the buzzer, over Arizona. Stanford is 20-0.
February 7, 200422 yr In other news, Jameer Nelson and St Joe's continues to roll in Big 5 play, today. I'm not Jameer's biggest fan but I love St. Joe's this year. I think their a strong contender, as long as Jameer's height doesn't get in the way against tougher opponents.

But props to them for being 20-0. No matter who the opponent, that is impressive. It'll be very interesting to see them in the tourney. But as they said on ESPNEWS, the Atlantic 10 tourney is in Dayton this year, so they'll have their hands full. Still, you aren't the 3rd best team if a road game at Dayton is trouble. :confused

Jameer Nelson, is a strong Player of The Canidate and is extreamly versatile which is tough to beat. St Joe's is a strong candidate to make it to The Big 8 if not further.
February 8, 200422 yr luck is when preparation meets opportunity. they may be lucky, but they are also damn good.
February 8, 200422 yr Author Jameer Nelson should have gone Pro last year. :lol why is that? Because he looks to be having a tough time this year. :shifty
February 9, 200422 yr The Canes could roll playing Temple, UMass and Lasalle every night. That's kinda funny. St. Joe's schedule so far has been stronger than both Stanford and Miami. Can't blame Stanford that much the Pac-10 (and the West Coast) hasn't been too impressive in recent years but not this bad. But Miami is a not-so-good team in a good conference. They should have plenty of requests to play top competition (especially against mid-majors) but always have a cup-cake schedule. Didn't UM play both a NAIA and D2 squad this year?
