KJC Posted February 25, 2004 Share Posted February 25, 2004 It's Official: USC's Williams To Enter NFL Draft LOS ANGELES - Southern California sophomore receiver Mike Williams has decided to enter the NFL draft, a USC spokesperson said Wednesday. Williams becomes the first underclassman to enter the draft since the NFL was forced by the Maurice Clarett case to alter its eligibility rules.
