does anybody know how i can get some transportation from gainesville to marlins spring training in jupiter some how? i have the amtrack rail thing for a year (ty capefish) and a i was gonna go to west palm in amtrack and take tri rail to jupiter then bus but theres no tri rail in jupiter? how can i do it?

Ain't no Tri-Rail to Jupiter. The Tri-Rail line ends in Mangonia Park (northern West Palm Beach/Riviera Beach -- and not a place you want to be stuck in after dark!). You're either going to have to take a bus to Jupiter from WPB (see PalmTran schedules) or get a taxi. It's a good 15 to 20 miles from WPB to Jupiter.

I suggest Palm Tran buses, but I don't think any go to Jupiter, or Renting a cheap economy car. The car may be worth it if you plan to stay for a while.

i called palm tran but they say they dont go to jupiter. does anybody know how i can go from west palm to jupiter on greyhound?

You can take Greyhound from Gainesville to Jupiter, but you have to transfer in Ft. Pierce and the total trip will take about 9 hours. If you want to check it out, go to greyhound.com, type in Gainesville, FL as your departure city and Jupiter as your arrival city. The bus drops you off 5 miles from the stadium, so youd have to take a cab from there. If you were old enough and didnt mind the drive, renting a car is much faster and would be cheaper.

OK, I checked Greyhound and they quoted me $19 for the trip from the Greyhound/Amtrak Station in West Palm Beach to the Greyhound Terminal in Jupiter.

The station in Jupiter is 7 miles away from the ballpark, so that is your only problem. I guess taxi would solve it.

Theres no bus service around there? is the $19 round trip?
