Another Dolphins Screw Up

According to Channel 7, the Dolphins made a series of mistakes today.

 

At the beginning of the day, they announced that a press conference would be held to announce the signing of San Diego Chargers Right Tackle Dwayne (?) MacIntyre. The Dolphins then contacted the agent for tackle Orlando Brown, saying that they would not be needing his services.

 

However, after informing Brown's agent of this, MacIntyre failed his physical with the Dolphins, with the Dolphins somehow unaware of the fact that just last week, MacIntyre failed a physical with the Raiders.

 

So now the Dolphins have lost out on both players, with Orlando Brown moving on to talk to three other teams. Why can't they get this right?
