Marlins re-signed outfielder Brian Banks to a minor league contract.

Banks will join Triple-A Albuquerque once he recovers from knee surgery.

I know this is off-topic but kevin millar had a collision with jesus i mean johnny damon's shoulder he left the game...

 

 

Kevin Millar left today's game in the eighth inning after a collision with Johnny Damon.

Miller, playing right field today, took a shoulder to the head. He was down for a couple of minutes, but he seemed to be OK. If he can't play tomorrow, Ellis Burks will DH and David Ortiz will start in first base.
