April 9, 200422 yr The equivalent of 8,500 full season tickets have been sold, up from 5,000 last season. The team is expecting about 17,000 each for the next two games, about 25,000 on Friday and about 40,000 for Saturday's game and World Series ring ceremony.
April 9, 200422 yr 25,000 for friday??? Seems strange since many infield seats are open That's because the upperdeck will be open. I for example have the 41 game plan, in the upperdeck (front row btw hehehe), with the exception of opening day its all fri-sat-sun.
April 9, 200422 yr Well we had 90,000 for the first series against montreal and that is really good. If we get 25,000 tonight, 40,000 on sat and then we would only need 15,000 on sunday to get 100,000 for the series. We should do better than 15 for sunday, though. Lets see how long this all holds up. So far so good
April 9, 200422 yr Author Using the estimates above...we should have 156,058 people through the gates by gametime on Sunday.
