May 31, 200323 yr Griffey was batting and about to hit his 2nd HR yesterday and there was this guy behind home plate taunting griffey....saying "haaaa haaaaaaa" again and again. than Griffey took the next pitch over the wall, on the way back to the dugout griffey pointed to the man and made a gun with his thumb and index finger and than slid his finger across his throat....can he be fined for this.....threat? :mischief2
