What tonight proves...

You saw both sides of the spectrum tonight. In the 10th, Koch was nothing short of nasty, 95-96 MPH fastballs with movement, a nice cutter and a nasty slider/curve. He was throwing strikes and locating beautifully.

In the 11th, you saw what the white sox saw. Still the same stuff, but terrible location. An 0-2 fastball to Young right down the middle, and another fat one to Hank Blalock that was crushed. His velocity is getting back up there which is nice to see...I'm pretty sure I saw him hit 97 MPH in the 10th. His breaking ball is nasty. Hopefully Rosy can straighten him out like he has so many times in the past and he can turn it around. He proved tonight that he's still got the stuff to be that man we so desperately need. at 500k, It's a good gamble by Beinfest.
