June 24, 200422 yr That's what Tommy and Len were saying. It's NOT because of his fingers. Jack wanted to give Perisho and the others some work. Even if they gave up one or two runs, we still would have won. Also- we can't keep trotting Benitez out there night after night. It wasn't a save situation. Penny did well and, to the best of my knowledge, hasn't finished a game with us yet. IF he has, it was a while ago. Who's complaining- everyone who went to the game last night got a free pizza from Papa Johns. It's Penny's turn in June.
