The Marlins have told teams they have just one true untouchable in their system, Class A Jupiter outfielder Jeremy Hermida.

But a close No. 2 is Hammerheads lefty Scott Olsen, who outdueled much-hyped Mets lefty Scott Kazmir last weekend in Jupiter. While Kazmir tossed six shutout innings of four-hit ball, Olsen was even better: seven shutout innings, two hits, one walk, 11 strikeouts.

Kazmir went 15th overall in the 2002 draft. Olsen was stolen in the sixth round.

but who is ready to come to the big show that is fast

no one

why you so obsessed with fast guys all of the sudden

well if Conine was replaced (today he showed why he shouldnt be) i would want it to be someone fast and good defensively so miguel can shift to left...thats all

I have a solution to a nice bench bat, but I won't reveal til later

Along with Bill Murphy, we have two lefties to really watch out for. Oh yeah, Tankersley is waiting in the wings, too. We got a good amount of pitching talent.
