Posted July 1, 200421 yr Jason Vargas will make his professional debut for the Jamestown Jammers tonight. In an article on floridamarlins.com I read that the marlins felt that Vargas would probably move along quicker than 1st round pick Taylor Tankersley, because they plan on making Tankersley a starter. It should be interesting to see how he does.
