It's getting exciting. The Cubs are up to bat in the bottom of the 9th, 1 out. White Sox aremaking a pitching change.

 

It should be fun to watch.

Ah well, we hammer the Cubs just about every year, they were due to beat us.

 

Still had a 3-3 road trip against the Cubs and Twins, which is ok, and we still come home with a share of first place.

Both times have I have watched the Sox this year, they have walked in the winning run. Tonight and that horrible night in Seattle with Koch doing the honors.

Don't remind me of Billy Koch, the worst White Sox pitcher I've ever seen.....UGH!!!

 

As for tonight, Shingo wasn't getting his breaking ball over, and I can't be mad at Damaso, he got ahead of Walker 0-2 and Walker just beat him with a great at bat.

 

It happens, that's baseball. We've got a 6 game homestand before the ASG, gotta kick some butt back home, and that's all we can do.

I'm sure you guys will. The boys have been playing some inspired baseball.

On a side note, the panic that some fans have over a 3 game series really astounds me sometimes......

Well the Tigers got swept by the Rockies. The first game they were winnng 7-4 with two outs in the ninth. Today they blew an 8-0 lead. I'm overreacting.

Well yes, but there is a big difference between overreacting (something everybody does sometimes) and all out panic, which is what I'm talking about.

 

Also, that is 2 sucky ways to lose games.
