well seems blount is gonna stay with the celtics. he has agreed to a 6 yr 41 mill contract. thats way more than the heat have and honestly not worth it. the heat will now move on to try and go after Eric Dampier or Vlade Divac.cant do to much if teams are over paying for players.

i think it was David Aldridge who's reporting that Blount is staying in Boston after getting a 6 year deal.

no way we get dampier...he'll go for as much as blount

it all depends on the market for him. the heat could land one or the other. if not they have also been talkin alot about sign and trades and possible restricted free agents. ostertags name has been thrown around and now boozer is on the market after deciding not to go back to cavs and test the market.

Hehe.....blunt

i like chris mihm

This offseason is turning into a mess!

Not to mention that everyone is getting overpaid. Who are we supposedly going to afford with a 5.1 million dollar chip?

yeah the offseason is turning into a mess but like I said in the other thread, I like Chris Mihm - he's not gonna be mr. all-star but he can give us what we're asking for.

At backup pg, I'm looking at Damon Jones.

Im looking and Vlade Divac at our big man and Keyon Dooling at PG

Well, I'm surprised he didn't come here, he lives in Boca.

f***ing market is payin everybody way too much money.....

how the hell can people be getting so ova paid..... my god....... this is freaking crazy average players are gettinga round 7-10 mil a year.....

bull s***... you can 4get Dampier he's getting a ton money one cuz he is a big guy and last year was one his best year,....... stat wise

teams are so keen on getting a big man that they'll pay the price

but then again, even alston got overpaid

it's gonna hurt teams in the long run, riley learned from his mistakes and i'm certain he won't dish out another contract easily but a big man is a necessity so we have to do whatever we can, just wisely
