July 30, 200422 yr can anyone find me a link or something to the FHSAA football rules...I found rules, such as district playoff scenarios, size of the football, noisemakers, etc. I need real rules...like what blocks are illegal, yards penalized for different penalties, etc.

July 30, 200422 yr Author thanks for the links...but I still can't find exactly what I'm looking for...pretty much I'm looking for the answer to this: In college football, WRs are allowed to "cut block"...I want to know the ruling on HS...i never heard of any WRs cutting when I played in HS...but I want to find it written...and I cant find it anywhere...anything saying yay or nay.
