Blending Images

well there's a number of ways to "blend" things in photoshop.


i believe what you're thinking of is just playing with opacity or fill.


basically, have one layer as the "background," then just paste the image as a second layer on top of it and adjust one of the opacity/fill sliders to whatever suits your fancy. when you're all done you can flatten your layers and save your pic.


let me know if that helps...it sounds like that's the effect you're thinking of.
