The news reported there was a terrible earthquake in Mexico, killing 2 million people. The world was devastated, so the canadians sent army and miliarty personnel (that's a joke in itself) to sort things out and keep things organized and stop the rioting. The Eurpoeans sent food and necessities to help the country recover (except for france that is), President Bush was puzzled what he could do, so what did he do?
