August 17, 200421 yr yah, as soon as Charley had hit, he rushed to the computer and posted information and stuff....im quite sure this board wouldnt have been first on my mind, but for him, it was. Anyway, yah he's alright i guess.
August 18, 200421 yr I'm fine, The phone line died after the battery at the switchboard died. We spent Saturday and Sunday here at the house, but when LCEC (aka Redneck Electric Co.) said we wouldn't have power until at least Wednesday, we had to leave because our well had no power to pump water and we didn't have running water. Now the power is back and everything is fine.
