June 25, 200322 yr DT, i was talking about downtown. Hialeah Park can handle alot of people. People who work downtown say it's a hellhole. Why would you want to go there. Hialeah Park isn't so bad compared to downtown. If they got creative they could turn it into a ballpark village with the ballpark, race track, and shops. Look at the article above i posted for possible future uses for the land.

June 25, 200322 yr US27/TP may happen DT. But you must consider other sites. Why do I think the US27/TP area is perfect... 1st) TP is there and that provides access for the eastern part of North Dade, Broward, Palm Beach counties (Toll money helps the state of Florida). 2nd) US27 provides provides easy access for the western part of North Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, and eastern parts of Hendry and Highlands Counties. 3rd) Near by I-75 which has off ramps on US 27 south and TP south provide access for the western section of Florida (Toll money helps the state of Florida). 4th) Krome Ave and TP will provide easy access for those in the middle or southern part of Dade (Toll money helps the state of Florida). Perfect for the State of Florida, Marlins, and it's fans...
June 25, 200322 yr DT i agree with you that US27/TP is the best location for future growth, but what if the team can't land the site? We must find every possible site we can.
