If you incorrectly filled out your absentee ballot, for example not sending a photo-ID with your ballot, FL and 22 other states allow you to fax your vote in.

Go here to download your federal ballot and fax it to your county court clerk, then put it in the mail. County clerk addresses (all states) listed here.

I think the clerks will disregard the incorrect ballot in favor of the correct ballot. I hope. Good luck.

Good work Shammy.

I would wonder why more people wouldn't just fax it in so it doesn't get lost as easy.

are u positive youre supposed to send in a copy of the ID with it? It was nowhere in the instructions sham. Those instructions were very strict about it too.

If it's your FIRST time voting then a copy of a photo-ID must be included.

what do you mean first time voting? I voted in Illinois last time. This is my first time in Florida.
