November 12, 200421 yr Must starts for Week 10.... Im not gonna state the obvious ones like TO, Peyton Manning and Shaun Alexanders... that would be stupid... So I will list 3 from each of the major positions who have favorable matchups Quarterbacks Trent Green vs the Saints--- The Chiefs offense has been great the passed few weeks and Green has been a big reason why. The Saints are giving up 272 passing yards per game which is 31st in the league. It shouldnt matter if Priest plays or not because Derrick Blaylock is a capable back. Trent should have a big day vs the Saints. A 300 yard, 3 td day is not out of the question. Aaron Brooks vs the Chiefs--- The bottom line is this: The Chiefs defense sucks. They cannot stop anyone. It's gonna be a shootout on Sunday and Brooks will be looking deep and looking deep often. Joe Horn should be able to torch Gunther's D as Brooks should have success. Brooks should throw for atleast 250 and 3 scores while possibly running for one. Matt Hasselbeck vs the Rams--- Now we know Matt has been a bit of a disappointment for us fantasy owners this year but it looks like he may be putting it together. He looked pretty good vs the 49ers last week and he gets to attack a spotty Rams D this week. Alexander should be able to run on the Rams thus opening up the play action pass all day long. The Hawks and Rams should be in a shootout all day so expect Hasselbeck to throw for 275 and atleast 2 scores. Runningbacks Emmitt Smith vs the Giants--- That's right. The oldtimer should look like the Emmitt of old this week vs the Giants. The Giants will be without Michael Strahan and Keith Washington this week. This was a defense that was already giving up 118 yards a game on the ground and that was before these 2 big injuries. Emmitt has looked pretty good this year and if he gets his 20+ carries he should get over that century mark and score atleast once. Kevan Barlow vs the Panthers--- The 49ers should get it done this week vs the hapless Panthers. The Panthers are 29th in the league in rushing defense giving up a hefty 142 yards per game. With Rattay back at the helm the 49ers offense looked alot better last week and them having to face this awful defense will surely help them. Look for Barlow to rush for 85, receive for 35 and score once. Eddie George vs the Eagles--- I know you are saying "Ramp, wtf are you smoking"... Well frankly, its some good ish. The Cowboys are all out of sorts but they may try to get "back to basics" this week. Vinny has only one receiver to throw to in Keshawn(Quincy Morgan is garbage up until this point), so they need to run the ball and run it effectively. The Eagles are giving up 130 yards on the ground per game and the only way the Boys will have a chance in this one is if Eddie George can run the ball. This may be a shot in thr dark but I think Eddie could rush for 75 and 2 scores. RaShard Lee may steal some touches in there for about 40-50 yards too. Wide Receivers Michael Clayton vs the Falcons--- Clayton has become the go-to-guy for Brian Griese. Clayton leads all rookies receivers with 595 receiving yards and that also places him at 6th in the NFC. The Falcons are giving up nothing on the ground(98.3ypc) but are getting torched in the air for 265 yards per. Just look at what Rod Smith did against them in their last game, 9/208 and a score... 90 yards a score for sure. Jabar Gaffney vs the Colts--- Let's be honest, the Colts cant stop anyone thru the air or on the ground. Gaffney has quietly put up some decent numbers the past 3 weeks. He has games of 5, 5, and 6 catches to go along with 85, 88, and 86 receiving yards. He has only 1 score but if he wasnt a doofus on an end around, it would have been 2. He is becoming a dependable #2 for David Carr out in Houston. Another game of 5 catches, 85 yards and a score is in order Brandon Lloyd vs the Panthers--- Lloyd is the only worthy reciever on the 49ers right now and Rattay certainly likes to go to him on the important plays. In his last 4 games he has 3 touchdowns and is averaging about 80 yards per game. With the 49ers running game getting back on track, it could open up Lloyd for a few deep balls this week. Expect 100 and a score for Lloyd. :thumbup

A top RB is well worth a top WR... and to get a defense also thrown in.. I'd do that in a heartbeat.
November 13, 200421 yr Denver has to play some good offenses though and have given up a decent amount of points. They got a game or two against Chiefs, Chargers, Dolphins, Pats, Jets. :mischief
