July 7, 200323 yr From rotoworld.com Corey Patterson - OF - Chicago Cubs Jul 7 ESPN Radio 1000 in Chicago is reporting that Corey Patterson will miss the rest of the season with a torn ACL in his left knee. Very tough break for the Cubs. Nic Jackson isn't ready to take over as the Cubs' center fielder, so expect the team to go with Tom Goodwin for now and attempt to trade for a center fielder. It's not very likely that they'll go after Carlos Beltran. Kenny Lofton would be a nice fit.
July 8, 200323 yr apparently not tonight vs. the Marlins...they faired just fine peace of crap cubs :angry TOMORROW...they gonna be screwed ...cuz Dontrizzle is on the Mound :mischief
July 8, 200323 yr I heard it from Len Kasper. I was shocked the cubs need him but Tom Goodwin has done a nice job so far for him and is a veteran.
