Kidd inching toward San Antonio

Featured Replies

Accorinding to some published reports....of which I will not mention today....

Jason Kidd was very impressed with the Spurs courtship of his services. According to the NY Times I hear he is leaning toward San Antonio.

I have heard that we offered him a max deal contract for 92 million dollars.

Then I heard that we offered him 9.2 million in the first year, of which he was very receptive according to a source...not sure what to say about that though.

Granted I have not been on the Kidd bandwagon. However with Gary Payton and Karl Malone looking to whore themselves out cheaply to join the Fakers, this might be needed.

Unfortunately, it may cost the Spurs Tony Parker. This is not something I have looked forward to.

I believe in the Spur front office, they have made far too many absolutely stunning decisions to not believe in what they are doing.

Bryan may be shedding a tear, the Nets will get jackshit in return for Jason Kidd and be back to their s***ty status prior to his arrival. I guess all those bandwagon Net fans will soon be jumping back off that bandwagon.
