January 8, 200521 yr Hey guys, I ran across this today on the Microsoft website and tried it out. It found about 14 infections that my other spyware programs couldn't even find. So I wanted to give everyone the head's up to try it. Microsoft AntiSpyware Its only a beta, but it works great. Btw, you need to have IE6 in order to install it though :glare
January 27, 200521 yr definitely like it ... found out about it on another message board, and everyone there was having good success as well
January 28, 200521 yr I just downloaded it and ran it. I currently have 3 anti-spyware/adware programs and each one finds something the other one didn't. I've heard from numerous mags and people that using all 3 is not a waste of time and everyone should do the same.

I use Ad-Aware Spybot Search and Destroy Microsoft AntiSpyware I use all 3 because one picks up something the other doesn't.

January 29, 200521 yr Author I would also recommend using Spyware Doctor. Its found things that the Microsoft program and others haven't been able to find.
January 30, 200521 yr spysweeper was great but its a 30 day trial..... but i had this nagging advertisement spyware that was loading on most of my pages on the site itself.... and it caused redirections etc... ran a scan and it wiped it out, ad-aware and spybot couldn't do that
