January 26, 200521 yr Okay I am sure one of ya'll can help me with this. I had to restore my computer, long story, be it as it may. Unfortunately before I had to do that I was not able to save some things that I really would have wanted to onto any hard media. The restore said that everything should be saved to a backup somewhere, however. Does anyone know how to access it, or if it was just lying to me?

Does anyone know how to access it, or if it was just lying to me? 668322[/snapback] just go to my computer and look for system restore. it will give u a calander like screen giving u the points where the computer auto saved ur progress and u can revert back to that date and everything should be backed up from there.
January 26, 200521 yr Author Thanks for the response. I know what you are talking about, but when I restored it, it got rid of the old restore points. I guess I am just gonna have to call either HP or Microsoft tomorrow.
