What if in Terminator 2, John Connor was killed before both Terminators had taken any significant damage? What would they do. Each of them is programmed to do one thing. Nothing else. What would the T-1000 do after Connor died? What would T-101 do? They can't self Terminate. They can't go back to the future. What would happen?

They would go down the line of officers that survived The Holocaust.

Would they now. I don't believe they were programmed for that. Remember, the TX was only programmed to kill the other officers after they couldn't find John.

Since Skynet's rise is inevitable...Upon completion of mission, the Terminators would probably go into seclusion to survive Judgment Day, power down, and re-activate after Skynet wages war
