Posted April 20, 200520 yr Alex has been making good contact recently. Seeing the ball very well and hitting them hard. By the sound coming off his bat you'd think he'd would be leading the club in hitting. Wouldn't surprise me one bit if he goes on one of his classic three-week tears any day now. And as you know, our offense becomes dynamic when the bottom of the order bats come to life, knocking in the big boys and being on base for the pitcher and leadoff hitters to smallball runs across the plate.
