The guy has 3 blown saves in the first ~2 weeks of the season. That's pretty much the equivalent of a guy who is anything but ineffective most of the time.

The larger issue is Bour clearly does not know how to (competently) slide into a base. This has happened in two games where piss poor slides caused him to be out. Guy needs to do some pre-game practicing.
