AJ on espn

Featured Replies

Sure you guys just saw it but sports center did a segment on the nastiest pitches and the nastiest fastball went to AJ..... I love seeing marlins getting recognition nationally.

Other pitches were: Splitter-Clemens

Curve- Brett Myers

Slider- RJ

saw it last night but was too lazy to post.

AJ probably has that segment saved on video tape and he'll use it in negotiations with the Yankees next year.

JUST KIDDING JUST KIDDING

But yeah, damn, I missed it. AJ's fast ball is certainly nasty, but i'm surprised ESPN picked him over the Unit, Billy Wagner, and a few others.

His fastball is definately nasty, but he has had some trouble with it in a couple games this year. I have been impressed with his curveball. Nice to see he has another pitch that causes trouble.

Brett Myers' curveball?

Meh
