MLB suspended Dodgers RHP Tom Farmer, Dodgers RHP Heath Totten and Diamondbacks RHP Chad Scarbery 15 games for violating baseball's minor league steroids policy.

Not much of note here. Farmer and Totten were both pitching for Triple-A Las Vegas. Farmer, 25, was decent enough last year, but he has a 14.58 ERA in 15 relief appearances this season. Totten, 26, has a 4.97 ERA in eight starts. Scarbery, 24, has a 4.08 ERA in eight starts for Single-A Lancaster.
