Quick question for season ticket holders......I know you are able to get the giveaways if you miss one.

 

Can someone tell me how to do that? Do I just go to the Season tix holder desk at gate G and ask for one? What else do I need to show besides my ticket?

There's only certain times you can get them, though you have the gate right.

 

Mondays-Fridays 9-5 on away days and off days (9-3 on home game days)

Giveaways are no longer guaranteed for all season ticket holders. This year, the new policy is that only full 81 game season ticket holders get guaranteed giveaways if they miss them, none of the other season ticket holders get them. I've got the 41 game flex plan and already tried.

 

Last year you could just go to the season ticket holder desk at gate G and ask for a giveaway and they'd give it to you no questions asked, you didn't even need to show your ticket.
