Go ahead, try to defend them this team aint going anywhere, i dunno if its the players, the coaching staff, or what. All i can say is they don't want to win. We have dropped to last place and are going to stay there until this team picks up momentum to win. We can't get our act together and its sad, because we were suppose to be one of the best team on the National league. It what can you say you kinda wonder that this team has no fun Leiter is traded and he pitched a monster game, makes you wonder if this teams attitude brings other players down. :mad

if we would just go in a little tear, a 5-6 game win streak or a 10 out of 12 game stretch which we win 10 games

I love Leiter, but you know what happened tonight that didn't happen a lot of starts with us? He got the borderline calls. That's it, end of discussion. He never, ever, would have gotten some of those marginal pitches had he thrown today against the Phillies. End of story.

 

Getting rid of Lowell would go a long way to ending the mutiny if we're doing a "no fun" theory (he is the anonymous source that stirs s*** up in the media), but I don't buy that the no fun is what's causing us to lose, chemistry is created by winning, it's just that simple.

We need a coaching change to spark this team.
