Marlins97+03WC
Antonio Perez, struck in the face by a pitch while playing in the Dominican Republic two weeks ago, has a small fracture of his left cheekbone. He'll be ready for the start of next season, but he's barely in the Dodgers' plans it seems. He'd be a cheap option for a team looking for a second baseman. The transition to third base didn't go well, and he probably doesn't have the range these days to be a quality shortstop. Dec. 8 - 6:58 pm et Source: dodgers.mlb.com I would love this guy at second. He's only 25.
