December 11, 200520 yr For me, my #1 priority is to keep the Marlins in South Florida. Hate me if want to I don't hate you. I'm just disappointed you'd sell out the Marlins and your own dreams of a championship contender. I think I understand your position as Marlins' fans. Last year was one of the best summers of my life, and I didn't even root for the Nats. I hope you understand there are others who have a stake in this franchise and wish for more. And thus accept that Loria needs to seek out other options in South Florida and elsewhere. I'll be completely honest. I hope Samson and Loria fail miserably in their attempts to move this team, even if that means not having competitive baseball in South Florida. I rather see Loria broke, than the team moved. I'm emotionally attached to this team and the Fish is a big part of my life. I'm not logical on this matter. And I don't care about using logic. This front office is crossing the line with me at the moment, with their little tour and making this franchise the laughing stock of all pro sports in America. Either move the damn team now, or make a commitment to stay in South Florida. I'm tired of this game, and I can't believe that it took Samson 2 years to realize they couldn't make a deal with the city of Miami. Talk about being incompetent. Both the FO and the politicians are at fault here.
