Posted January 31, 200619 yr 1. Houston Texans: Reggie Bush RB USC The number one pick for most folks, I think they should take a LT first in D?brick whom is the best player in the draft but instead here they take bush and in the 2nd take a LT. 2. New Orlean Saints: Matt Leinart QB USC A top notch QB for them and will work good in LA someday sadly 3. Tennessee Titans (trade Oakland): Vince Young QB Texas Oakland trades up three picks and plucks up a QB that has a big arm and good mobility. Plus a big time name that will work great in their market 4. New York Jets: D?Brickshaw Ferguson LT VT Best player in the draft hands down, I would take him before anyone if I was one of the top GM?s he is the only sure fire solution 5. Green Bay Packers: AJ Hawk LB Ohio State Heck of a player and best defensive player, he will fill in a large need for them. 6. Oakland Raiders (trade Tennessee): Jay Cutler QB Vandy A trade back for the titans and they get the local boy and pick up a 2nd rounder as well. Not too bad if I do say so myself 7. San Francisco 49ers: Mario Williams DE N.C. Great defensive player to rush the passer, it will make the secondary look better and he is a cant miss guy right here. 8. Buffalo Bills: Haloti Ngata NT Oregon A top need and good fill here. He will stuff the middle and make folks have to hit the corners to run on buffalo. 9. Detriot Lions: Winston Justice OT USC A top notch lineman that most scouts believe is the second best tackle. He will be able to give some time to their QB and some assistance to Kevin Jones running. He will start right away 10. Arizona Cardinals: Vernon Davis TE Maryland The next Gates, he will have a huge combine and pro day 11. St. Louis Rams: Michael Huff CB/S Texas Great need for them could slide into either spot depending on what Adam does. 12. Cleveland Browns: Bobby Carpenter OLB Ohio State A great tool for their rebuilding defense, the popular local boy too. 13. Blatimore Ravens: Lendale White RB USC They lose their two RB in FA but pick up a better back honestly. I like lewis but he wasn?t the same this year and getting up there. White will come in and give them a pounding to help the young QB out. He fits their offense more then 14. Philadelphia Eagles: Tamba Hali DE Penn State Hali was a monster at the senior bowl and has been nothing but a top individual too. He will help the eagles get some pressure on the QB, a huge need for them. 15. Atlanta Falcons: Jimmy Williams S/CB VT- A steal for the falcons as he slips down for attitude problems. He will fit right in as a safety 16. Miami Dolphins (trade Jacksonville Jaguars): DeAngelo Williams RBMemphis A trade up for Jacksonville, I know they have greg jones whom might be solid, but isnt a sure thing. DeAngelo will give them a running machine to take over for Fred Taylor. He costs them a 2nd to jump Minnesota and 12 picks. Jones can be a goal-line back and a lot of teams like two back systems now too. 17. Minnesota Vikings: Laurence Maroney RB Minnesota They lose out on their running back they really wanted but get a solid one instead pluck up the local boy they expected to be there 18. Dallas Cowboys: Marcus McNeil OT Auburn Solid RT to fit in right away and be an upgrade, he could perhaps become a Left Tackle even, he is huge in size and fits the parcels mold. 19. San Diego Chargers: Ko Simpson S South Carolina A great hard hitting safety that could roam the center of the field for them 20. Kansas City Chiefs: Santonio Holmes WR Ohio State Best Wide receiver within the draft and the only sure fire one to make a major impact in the class 21. New England Patriots: Chad Greenway OLB Iowa Good outside linebacker that could fit a 3-4 system, with Miami trading down he falls to them. He is a top 15 talent and gives good value here as BPA 22. Denver Broncos (Washington): Mathias Kiwanuka DE BC He has dropped down some but will fill out nicely with a home in Denver. I think Shanahan is never afraid of a risk for reward and this one will be a large reward 23. Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Eric Winston LT Da U A tackle that could be the best player in the draft or could be a bust if his knees blow out again I think he only fell because of the injury takes 2 years to heal typically. But I think he will end up fine and be a LT for Gruden for the next 8 years 24. Cincinnati Bengals: Darnell Bing SS A solid safety to sure up the secondary of this team, could easily go with Watson here to plug the middle from the run. But Bing is too good to pass up. 25. New York Giants: Tye Hill CB A solid cornerback that can come in and start for them, he will give them a little bit more strength to that defensive secondary 26. Chicago Bears: Leonard Pope TE Georgia A top notch Tight end, it could be one of a few that are all very talented but I think Pope will be the one picked here when it is said and done. He fits with good blocking as well which Chicago likes. 27. Carolina Panthers: Brodrick Bunkley DT FSU He could play all over the defensive line but he is a good pass rusher up the gut and will take some of the pressure off of peppers. He is also good against the rush. 28. Jacksonville Jaguars (traded to Miami Dolphins): Manny Lawson OLB NCS Miami trades back because cutler was off of the board, they could take a Tackle here but Lawson fills out the OLB spot that Seau left by retiring. At this point he is BPA, so they swipe him and happily for St. Nick. 29. Denver Broncos: Antonio Cromartie CB FSU ? I think he will be moved to a Safety position for them, he has the size, speed and tackling to do well there too 30. Indianapolis Colts: Gabe Watson DT Michigan ? big time run stopper and helps simeon in the middle 31. Pittsburgh Steelers: Martin Nance WR Ohio (Miami) Matches up well with Big Ben because of college time together, he replaced Randle EL 32. Seattle Seahawks: Sinorice Moss WR Da U A speedster of a wide receiver he will run under a 4.35 at the combine and boost himself into the 1st round. Seattle gets someone to take pressure off of Hasselback and open up even easier holes for their Backs. Could be a guard if Hutchinson walks or a RB if Alexander does. Trades Tennesse Titans trade pick number 3 to Oakland Raiders for pick 6 and a 2nd round pick Miami trades pick number 16 to Jacksonville Jaguars for pick 28 and a 2nd round pick
January 31, 200619 yr I SERIOUSLY doubt Miami takes a linebacker in the first round. Their biggest holes are secondary, QB and right tackle/guard
January 31, 200619 yr I like it mostly except Sinorice Moss making the 1st round. Never happen. I'd expect Seattle's first pick to be for the defensive side of the ball unless Alexander walks.
January 31, 200619 yr Author I SERIOUSLY doubt Miami takes a linebacker in the first round. Their biggest holes are secondary, QB and right tackle/guard Crowder/Zach in middle JT/ ???? spraggan has a large roster bonus and will be cut Seau is a goner Pope is an ILB only too small moore will be cut and hasnt played more then back to back games He is BPA there, watson worked too also at DT but I think Wright and Traylor at NT one year then all manny I am in debate on seattle it could be a few spots but I think the speed of Sinorice will do it because he can be a KR/PR too and he is good at it. I cant find a DE/OLB fitting for Seattle there (their only major need)
January 31, 200619 yr Author I like Spragan if he comes back. he would be fine for a backup honestly, he doesnt really work well as a starter. His coverage isnt great and his tackling isnt that good. Plus Lawson plays DE/OLB he is a tweener and shall be dominating in the NFL. He could be gone by then even.
January 31, 200619 yr OLB is actually a need for the Fins. I wouldn't mind that hypothetical trade, especially if we get an additional 2nd rounder in the process.
January 31, 200619 yr I like it mostly except Sinorice Moss making the 1st round. Never happen. I'd expect Seattle's first pick to be for the defensive side of the ball unless Alexander walks. alot of people have sinorice's stock flying sky high after really good workouts and a great game in the senior bowl..his next big test will be the last week in Feb. at the scouting combine

It's like saying that's nicest smelling dog sh*t you've ever smelt. It's still dog sh*t. Outside of Nance and Holmes, no WRs should go before the middle of the 2nd round.

He isnt that fast but has a good head towards the ball. He reminds me of Zach (except outside), he is too slow, too small, too light but just gets it done. sinorice can also be a KR/PR too.
January 31, 200619 yr seattle likes those too slow, too light, too small guys that just get it done a perfect example would be lofa
January 31, 200619 yr Author I will flip them for you then I am gonna do a second round to it tomorrow if anyone else wants some changes please tell me. thoughts on the raiders trade up? Young in silver and black?
February 1, 200619 yr Author I tried to put santonio to philly on another board and the philly fans there crushed me like 10 of them all posted how they wouldnt take a 1st round reciever because they have 3-4 young ones and will take a FA instead. I thought you would like Bing He is pretty solid. I wish landry would of came out.

February 1, 200619 yr Author 16. Miami Ashton Youboty, CB* Ohio St. that pick makes me cringe. Everyone else has him as a 2nd to 3rd round talent. He isnt close to the best corner in the draft and it isnt a deep corner draft. Plus we dont even need a Cornerback as much as a safety. Hill and Cromartie both are bigger, faster and better coverages. Blah. Kiper I swear has a strange boards and tastes always. Ko Simpson S South Carolina would be nice though.
February 1, 200619 yr If Cutler falls to #9 and DETROIT takes him, that means they've given up on Harrington. I dunno about that. But I'm sure Detroit would be willing to trade down to 16, because Cutler can't mean 'that' much to them.

Saban doesnt trade picks to move up, remember that is this motto and creed build through the draft and a 5 year plan doesnt make sense for us to trade up for him really. I have a 2nd round to my own mock I should perhaps toss up there
