February 3, 200620 yr Author Call Gamestop or whomever and ask them. I bought it at eb games..they told me to go to xbox.com to find out..i went but they don't say nothing concerning xbox games played on the 360

February 4, 200620 yr No...you just have to wait for Microsoft to upgrade the backwards compatibility file to be able to play this game. If you're connected to Xbox Live the update will be automatic when you put an xbox game in the 360.
