March 28, 200620 yr How different would college basketball have been if all these guys were still playing: Alex Acker, SR., Pepperdine Carmelo Anthony, SR., Syracuse Ike Diogu, SR., Arizona St. Raymond Felton, SR., North Carolina Francisco Garcia, SR., Louisville Andre Iguodala, SR., Arizona Jarrett Jack, SR. March 28, 200620 yr Lebron would be attending Akron and I think Livingston was supposed to attend Duke.
March 28, 200620 yr Dwight Howard said he would have gone to Carolina and J.R. Smith signed with UNC too...its hard to really say though...because a lot of times guys leave and that causes other guys to come or whatever...i mean its all speculation.
March 28, 200620 yr It's kind of hard to say because it's partly because these guys left early that certain teams have certain players. But just looking at that list...obviously, UNC would be a force. Duke and UCONN would be quite a bit better. Syracuse would be a major threat. And Memphis plus Amare Stoudamire would be scary. Amare woulda been unstoppable in college.
March 28, 200620 yr Blatche was Syracuse. Deng was obviously ready, that is apparent now and I was sad to see him go but I thought he was probably making the right choice. Shaun Livingston is a different story though. His body could have used the time in College to get stronger. Plus after that long, long recruiting battle with Duke and Illinois (with Arizona for awhile) and to not see anything come of it was really dissapointing. I nearly had wet dreams thinking of a 6'7" PG at Duke. He would have made last year's team much better (true ball handler was the big weakness from last season).
March 28, 200620 yr LeBron would be attending nowhere since he lost his eligibility in high school....Also, there was talk that he was gonna go to Syracuse to join Melo for one season if Melo stayed....
