April 18, 200620 yr Author Just watched some of Game 5 of the ALCS in 04 (Papi's walk off), now i'm watching Joe Carter's walk off. I'll take a look at the Kerry Wood game a little later.

How do you guys like mlb.tv? Any old games I should watch? the pirates were one out away from going to the world series. (i'm getting this info from a book , btw) . the pirates center-fielder whistled to bonds and signaled with his glove for him to move in and to his left. bonds glared at Van Slyke and didn't move. he stayed right where he was. the batter hit a base hit just about where bonds was suggested to play. as bonds got to the ball, sid bream (the slowest guy on the planet) rounded third. bonds made a strong throw but it was way up the first base line. atlanta advances to the world series. reminds me of the '03 NLCS with all the things that happened with 2 out.
