Posted May 24, 200619 yr With the Salt Lake Bees (AAA): 4-1, 2.05 ERA, 66 SO, 8 BB He currently has a 27 1/3 scoreless innings streak going. Why the hell are the Angels not calling this stud up? Colon is on the DL and his big brother is 1-7 with a 7.30 ERA. 10 games under .500 and dead last in the AL West, I'd say it's time to inject some life into that team.
May 24, 200619 yr The Angels have consistently shown they know how to mismanage prospects once they reach the majors as evidenced by Kotchman, McPherson, and Morales, but the guy is just lights out. He deserves a callup and the Angels are struggling.
May 24, 200619 yr Kendry Morales hit a HR tonight in his season debut. I do agree that Jered should be called up soon.
