Treasure Hunters

Some reality fluff for the summer. It atleast sounds entertaining sort of like an Amazing Race meets Da Vinci Code.

Premiers tomorrow at 9 I believe on NBC.

Did anyone else watch this? What did you think? Clearly it is a rip-off of The Amazing Race, but it is something to watch for the summer. I didn't find the teams all that entertaining, and I think that the show would work better with 2-player teams. TAR tried the bigger teams with the family edition and it just didn't work. Thoughts?

The first hour was a complete snoozefest. One group got to swim in the ocean and walk through the jungle and the other group had to hike through glaciers?

Second hour was pretty cool. I think it's too early to judge this show yet and I don't have any favorites. Fogel family is extremely annoying though.

I agree. The first hour was lame. Things did pick up when the teams met up.

I already dislike the genius team. They talk about how smart they are and then are the team that goes to the wrong location. Do you think they are really going to send you to some obscure location like Mt. Theodore Roosevelt instead of Mt. Rushmore? Dumbest geniuses ever!
