Will Poole Released

Featured Replies

Just read upon finsheaven that 790 the ticket has reported that he has been released. :(

great rookie year just hasnt been able to get healthy since then.

I don't think he was released? Placed on waivers/injured reserve?

sort of.. from the sentinel article posted above you

If Poole is unclaimed, the Dolphins have five days to reach an injury settlement, which would render him an unrestricted free agent and allow him to sign with another team. If he goes unsigned, the Dolphins would be able to re-sign him after the 10th week of the season. However, if a settlement isn't reached, Poole would be placed on the team's injured reserve list and is ineligible to play for the Dolphins in 2006.
