I need to burn some .ape music files to CD

Featured Replies

I have a bunch of .ape (Monkey's audio lossless format) files I'd like to burn to CD.

Anyone know of a program that can detect and burn these to disc? I'd really rather not convert the files.

Thanks in advance.

If you use Nero like myself you can do it this way....

First of all download the latest plugin from http://www.bitburners.com/Software/Downloa...udio_v1.0.0.37/

Then unpack zip archive and get the nxMyAPE.dll file.

If you have Nero 6 then put nxMyAPE.dll into C:\Program Files\Common Files\Ahead\AudioPlugins directory. This is the default path for audio plugins.

Restart Nero and go to File -> Preferences. On General Tab press Plug-in lookup and in opened window you must see a list of plugins. One of them must be named Monkey's Audio.

If you done all of this and no luck then try to see if plugin indicated in Unsupported plugins. If so then uninstall Nero and install it again. You can also see the actual plugins path on General tab.

Sorry for the broken English I was typing fast while at work.

Yeah, I use Nero but that link does not work.

(Thanks for the start though)
