September 21, 200620 yr "These next 3 weeks we are having open try-outs for the FIU RUGBY TEAM. Anyone 17 and up are welcome to train with the team and learn the sport of Rugby. We will be having shows set up at GC at FIU during recruitment week for clubs and we have a recruitment party planned out. THURSDAYS practice will be held at the FIU athletic field (the one parallel to 8st.) on 6 p.m to sundown. The future of the team is on the incoming rookies every year. Most of us started rugby without even knowing the basic rules of the game. So dont be afraid to try something new, THURSDAY SEPT. 21 on the Athletic Field at 6 p.m till sundown.
