I was in argument with this ignorant guy who keeps telling me how nobody cares about the Marlins here, and I kept telling him that our local TV ratings are in the top half of MLB. I'm pretty positive it's true, but I'd like to come up with some physical proof.
November 2, 200619 yr Can't help you. Why would you even make up a statistic like that on the spot? It hardly even seems plausible to begin with. You should have known you would have been called out to produce some fact.

This year our local FSN ratings were about 3. When the ratings came out I googled news "FSN ratings" just to see how we compared with other teams and the Braves local area FSN ratings were about 5 and another team's local FSN ratings were also about 5. I think the other team was Houston but don't remember for sure. If the Braves and Astros are indicative of all other MLB teams then our ratings are terrible.
